الدكتورة رخصانه محمد إسماعيل ، مثال لطموح المرأة اليمنيه ونموذج للروح العلمية الدائمة العطاء بكل إخلاص وتفاني وطيبة خاطر. حيث كانت بداية عملها في الثمانينات في دائرة المسح والثروات المعدنية عام 1983 م في مدينة عدن (هيئة المساحة الجيولوجية والثروات المعدنية حالياً) بعدها انتقلت إلى جامعة عدن عام 1986م
الانطلاقة الأكاديمية بدأت من عام 1988م حيث ابتعثت للدراسات العليا والعمل الاكاديمي في جامعة عدن. يصفها الكثير من زملاؤها في الهيئة من الرعيل الأول بأنها كانت مجتهدة في العمل ومتميزة في اختصاصها في الهيئة تتمثل بحسن الخلق والطيبة، جدية في عملها ولا تجامل على حساب الحق. وما يميزها ايضاً قوة في الإمكانات العلمية وثبات علمي رصين في الإدلاء بالأمثلة المنتقاة للمواضيع قيد النقاش. تفتخر جامعة عدن بوجودها شمعة مضاءة طيلة مسيرتها منذ البدء أيضاً نفتخر فيها في هيئة المساحة الجيولوجية والثروات المعدنية بأنها كانت أحد أعمدة الجيولوجيا في المختبر قبل إنتقالها إلى الجامعه . تحياتي وتمنياتي لكي يا دكتوره رخصانه بسعادة الدائمه .
